Availability Fresh red bell peppers are supplied primarily from March through November with peak harvest and best quality between June and September. Year-round supply may be possible with controlled production and cold-chain for some varieties.
Description & Features Egyptian red bell peppers: thick-walled, sweet, bright red at full ripeness, excellent crunch and visual appeal for retail. Suitable for fresh markets, foodservice and processing for roasted/packed products.
Quality & Handling Picked at optimal maturity, precooled, graded and packed under hygienic conditions. Recommended storage 7–10°C with 90–95% RH for best shelf-life (typically 2–4 weeks depending on handling).
Certifications HACCP, GlobalGAP, ISO 22000 available on request; phytosanitary certificates provided for export.
Marketing Note We supply fresh red peppers to retail and wholesale channels; private label, custom sizing, and ripeness specifications available. Samples, COA and logistic support provided upon request.
