Availability Frozen green peas supplied year-round. Fresh peas are harvested mainly from March to June (peak April–May); processed and IQF-frozen immediately after blanching to retain color and sweetness.
Description & Features Premium Egyptian green peas — bright color, sweet flavor and excellent texture after blanching and IQF processing. Suitable for retail frozen, ready-meals, soups, stews and industrial food production.
Processing & Handling Harvested at optimal maturity, sorted, washed, blanched (time/temperature controlled), cooled, drained and IQF-frozen. Packed under hygienic conditions; keep frozen and avoid temperature fluctuation.
Storage & Shelf Life Store at ≤ -18°C. Typical shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity. Best used directly from frozen or after controlled thawing per application.
Certifications HACCP, ISO 22000 available; GlobalGAP / organic on request. Phytosanitary certificates, COA and lab reports provided for export when required.
Marketing Note Private label and custom pack formats available. Samples, COA and traceability documentation provided upon request for international buyers.
