Availability Frozen broccoli products are supplied year-round. Fresh broccoli harvest typically peaks between October and April; product is trimmed, blanched as required and IQF-frozen immediately after processing to preserve color and texture.
Description & Features Premium Egyptian broccoli — bright green florets with uniform cut sizes, processed with rapid blanching and IQF to retain texture, color and nutrients. Suitable for retail frozen, mixed vegetable blends, foodservice and industrial processing.
Processing & Handling Sorting, trimming into florets, optional cutting of stems, blanching (time/temperature controlled), cooling, dewatering, IQF freezing and hygienic packing. Continuous cold-chain management recommended to preserve quality.
Storage & Shelf Life Store at ≤ -18°C. Typical frozen shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity.
Certifications HACCP, ISO 22000 available; GlobalGAP / organic upon request. Phytosanitary certificates, COA and lab reports provided for export when required.
Marketing Note Private label, cut-size and bespoke pack formats available. Samples, COA and traceability documentation provided upon request for international buyers. Brix/technical specs and cut tolerances can be supplied as needed.
