Description & Features Premium Egyptian molokhia — bright green color, characteristic flavor and smooth texture when cooked. IQF provides convenience for retail and foodservice with minimal quality loss.
Processing & Handling Harvested at optimal maturity, leaf sorting, washing, optional blanching (time/temperature controlled), chopping or pureeing as required, rapid IQF freezing under hygienic conditions. Packed and precooled under strict temperature control—keep frozen; avoid temperature fluctuation.
Storage & Shelf Life Store at ≤ -18°C. Typical shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity. Recommended to cook directly from frozen or thaw under refrigeration per recipe.
