Form IQF diced tomatoes, crushed/puree (pulp), peeled whole, blanched/diced, tomato paste/pulp as per customer specification.
Sizes Retail: 400 g / 800 g / 1 kg branded pouches.
Catering: 2.5 kg bags.
Bulk: 10 kg bags (single bag per carton) or 10 kg frozen blocks.
Industrial: aseptic/pulp drums and IQF slabs available on request.
Packing & Packages – Bulk: 1 x 10 kg PE/PA vacuum bag per export carton or frozen block packing.
– Catering: 4 x 2.5 kg PE/PA vacuum bags per carton box.

Availability Frozen tomato products are supplied year-round. Fresh tomato harvest and processing season is typically May–October; tomatoes are processed, optionally blanched/peeled, diced/crushed and IQF-frozen or packed into pulp/aseptic formats immediately after processing.

Processing & Handling Sorting, washing, peeling (if required), blanching (optional), dicing/crushing, dewatering and IQF or aseptic processing. Rapid cooling and hygienic packing with continuous cold-chain management.
Storage & Shelf Life Store at ≤ -18°C. Typical frozen shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity.
Certifications HACCP, ISO 22000 available; GlobalGAP / organic on request. Phytosanitary certificates, COA and lab reports provided for export when required.
Marketing Note Private label, custom cut sizes and bespoke pack formats available. Samples, COA and traceability documentation provided upon request for international buyers. Custom puree Brix and solids on request.
