Availability Frozen peas & carrots mix is supplied year-round. Fresh peas peak in spring (Mar–Jun) and carrots are available through most of the year; products are processed and IQF-frozen immediately after harvest to preserve color, flavor and nutrients.
Description & Features High-quality Egyptian peas & carrots IQF mix — bright color, firm texture and preserved flavor. Suitable for retail frozen, ready-meals, soups, stews, and industrial food production.
Processing & Handling Sorting, washing, blanching (time/temperature controlled for peas and carrots separately), cutting (carrots), draining and IQF freezing under hygienic conditions. Blend to customer-specified ratios and portion sizes as requested. Keep frozen; avoid temperature fluctuation.
Storage & Shelf Life Store at ≤ -18°C. Typical shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity. Thawing recommended under refrigeration or direct cooking from frozen per application.
Certifications HACCP, ISO 22000 available; GlobalGAP / organic upon request. Phytosanitary certificates, COA and lab reports provided for export when required.
