Availability Frozen dates processed from fresh harvest (peak Sep–Mar for many varieties) and supplied year-round. Fresh varieties (Barhi, Samani, Zaghlol, Baladi, HB Semi Dry etc.) can be processed into IQF, vacuum or frozen puree to meet seasonal demand.
Description & Features High-quality Egyptian dates with consistent size and sweetness. Frozen pitted and whole formats preserve texture and flavor for retail, bakery, confectionery and industrial uses. Pulp/puree options suitable for juice, confectionery and ingredient supply.
Processing & Handling Sorting, grading, optional washing, pitting (if requested), halving/dicing (if requested), optional glazing, rapid freezing (IQF) or packing into vacuum/aseptic formats. Hygienic packing and continuous cold-chain recommended.
Storage & Shelf Life Frozen: store at ≤ -18°C. Typical frozen shelf life 12–24 months depending on packaging and cold-chain integrity. Vacuum/aseptic formats may extend shelf-life—see pack label.
Certifications HACCP, ISO 22000 available; GlobalGAP / organic upon request. Phytosanitary certificates, COA, microbiological and pesticide reports provided for export when required.
Marketing Note Private label, custom cuts, glazing and pulp concentration available. Samples, COA and traceability documentation provided upon request for international buyers.
